The drivers at this warehouse are BEYOND reckless. They are constantly blowing stop signs around town in residential neighborhoods. I had a driver throw their arms up at me at a three-way stop when they tried to piggyback off the car in front of them and not give me the right of way. The drivers pull out of the warehouse street without looking and several times almost hit me when I am on the road. I understand there is a quota of deliveries and guaranteed delivery date that must be met, but jeopardizing the safety of the residents within the area is not acceptable.

I only gave it one star because I wanted some information. I need the address and phone number so I can apply to move there. I work at HSV1 right now, but I want to move north. Can someone who worked there please help me with the information? I think your schools are better and the pay and benefits with Amazon are so wonderful I don't want to leave the company. I'd rather be transferred to a better facility further north. Thank you in advance.

The delivery drivers lies all the time. They say they deliver my package but they never showed up at my house. I am standing at my door at 621 today because the map said they were 2 stops away. I received a message stating they attempted delivery but no one came. I called Amazon customer service just to be told hold on...they never contacted the driver...i am still waiting for my order. I am mad as hell. I am tired of these incompetent drivers. Ever so often they send out good ones. Very sad. They want the job but do not want to work. They have done this on several occasions even though there are clear written instruction. There is no number to call this office directly. The drivers get paid but do whatever they choose to do. Chrstal said she called me. I give them my correct number yet they are not using my correct contact information.
