The pay is good, 18 dollar to start. Benefits are awesome. People that you work with are 90 % of the time great to work with. The company policies could use some improvements. And that's all I have to say about that.

Went in for a New Hire Appointment. Everyone was extreamly nice, very informative and above all competent. They really seemed as though they enjoyed being there to help.

Drivers beware!!!! Arrived very early for my 1000 appointment, was told to come back no more than 2 hours early. No problem, I went to the Pilot and came back at 0850. Receiving told the guard I was too early and had to leave. So I left again and came back at 0945, got a door and immediately locked me in for my 1000 appointment. Didn't start unloading until 1330 and didn't get finished until 1515. 5.5 hours after appointment and there was only 4 other trucks there for live unloading. This place is a joke.
