Sometimes they are slow to getting routes ready. When rules slightly change, there is no proper communication. They do have a super clean facility, with a self serve snack vending. The staff seem overall friendly.

There is something seriously wrong with this location. I don't know if it is management or the employees. Packages regularly miss priority deadlines (paid extra for same day delivery), are misdelivered or are marked as missing. Amazon doesn't seem to care. If I were someone considering working for Amazon, I would avoid this location. Whether it is bad employees or management, I would not want to be part of it.

Since there arent any other ways to address this problem, Ill leave this here. Every single package i order gets placed under someone elses name in the locker system. They cant simply match my name thats clearly printed on the barcode with the same name in the database. I mean the screen autofulls for you and still cant be done accurately. Someone else has been recieving my packages. Parcel pending has confirmed this with me. This wasnt a problem when my delivery driver came out of the highway 73 location. Its bad, but as a result Im probably just going to stop ordering from amazon. Just due to one driver being incompetent. If they had a more efficient method of addressing complaints then maybe I woildnt have to.
