If I could give them no stars I would. I’ve made dozens of complaints about this facility. They never deliver to my business when we are open. Despite multiple detailed delivery instructions letting them know when we are open. I am now having to send my work deliveries to my house just to be able to receive them on time.

If you don't like driving then Amazon flex is not for you.. You have no idea where you will be going until you pick up packages. Sometimes it's 5 minutes away other times its 45 minutes to 1st stop or more.. Also can be sent anywhere including very sketchy parts of Detroit at odd hours of the night. If your uncomfortable with that, don't do flex from here. It's not always a bad area where your route will be but you can't refuse a route either or you could be terminated or "deactivated". After factoring in 100+ miles on your car and gas that $20 bux an hour starts looking like $15 or less real quick. Also when picking up if your even 1 minute late your route will be canceled and count as a missed block.
