VNC2 is the primary location that I use, because I liked it better than the others. As of late, I’ve ranked them with the other locations. Staff was/still is friendly( I do mornings). But lately I’ve been getting loads of packages that are either already late when I pick them up or 45+ packages that all need to be delivered within the first two hours of my block . For example, yesterday my block was from 5:15am to 10:15am with 46 packages. 95% of my packages needed to be delivered by 8am. About 6 packages needing to be delivered by 10am they were numbered at the top of my itinerary (don’t understand why) but they were delivered before 8am and there were red late banners on them when I was delivering them. I’m thinking to myself how in the world can these packages be late and they’re being delivered before time. I called Support and they were of no assistance at all. The representative said he would make a note of it. Days before I received an email from Amazon flex stating that my standings had decreased because of late delivery times. I cannot control what I’m being given at the delivery pick up stations. I have been doing this for a month and was at a Fantastic standing. Now it has dropped to Great. The workers at these delivery station workers are not being held accountable.

I would say it depends on the day. There is never any consistency in what you are being told and some are on power trips. Also when it comes to inclement weather you should notify your flex drivers at the same time you notified your warehouse workers. Not the next day after numerous drivers took risk driving to a closed building. Then when you do open you haven’t even removed any ice or snow. Do better.

I enjoy picking up if this warehouse because we get to start 15 minutes earlier and we don't have to sit still and be told to leave or be in such a rush to scan the packages for deliveries

Very easy to navigate. Fast friendly service. This was our 1st time here and associates were super helpful.

I'm a Flex driver for this and several other locations. This location is by far, better than the other ones I've worked out of. My only issue here is that there is no covered parking to load or unload when it's rainy and messy out.
