They don't give you the direct phone number of the store .You have to verify your account online. I told them just ask for item in stock. But they want you to verify account online first.

I was so excited to use my Amazon coupon for $20 off $40 or more spent but forgot to give it to the cashier because I was busy bagging my own groceries (which I was also suprised I had to do, but that was fine). Well, when I got home, unpacked my groceries and realized it, I immediately looked for a phone number to call the store to see if I could take my receipt back along with my coupon for a redemption. There is no phone number for the store. A customer service phone number is all that is listed, so I spoke with them and explained the situation. They told me I needed to go back to the store with my coupon and receipt so I did. (I spent over $80 which is why I really wanted to take that offer up). Once inside I go to the cashier and the store manager (Destiny Serrano) to explain and she told me that I would have to have all my groceries with me and they would have to void out the receipt and rescan everything all over. That's all they would be able to do . I told her there's an order number on my receipt they should be able to pull up. I paid cash so the transaction would've been simple. She said unfortunately they don't have the system for that so there's nothing else she could do. Long story short DO NOT FORGET YOUR COUPONS BECAUSE IF YOU DO, THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEM IF YOU GO BACK TO REDEEM THEM!!

Super cool and trendy store. Not a place I'd go personally for my groceries as prices are a lot higher than my local Walmart or target. Even my local stater bros is a lot cheaper in price for the same items. Atmosphere is great though. Bought a banana from here it was good and fresh. I recommend if you have some extra cash to spend and like a trendy Atmosphere.

A little intimidating knowing I'm being watched by dozens of cameras. They didn't have what we hoped they did have, but scored on the $1.79 pizza by the slice 😋 Not sure if I'll be back. It's a cool concept, but prices were higher on many things. I'd think they'd be lower since there's no checkout employees. Maybe these types of stores will be the norm for my grandchildren, but it's not for me.

Super clean good quality products friendly staff. Always go beyond what us expected. Warm fun atmosphere. Great prices. Love Aplenty brand everything taste great. The hot food bar is exceptional.
