Ordered a book for my college business class on April 12th and paid for express shipping. It said it would be delivered by April 13th, and that it was shipping out of Lakewood, WA ( which is 20 minutes from where I live ). It is now April 15th @ 8 PM, and still have not received it.
I’ll be choosing UPS next time to ship my books, it’s frustrating when you pay for express shipping for a reason because you need that book for class and they still don’t follow through. I definitely will be getting a refund on the book (if it’s not delivered today) and/or the express shipping delivery fee.

The Devery driver ,some, just drop their packages in the mail room or on weekend on the vacant desk at the entrance of the apartment building. These areas are open to whom ever should be walking by to take from. The delivery person doe NOT call to let anyone know that packages have been drop there. The instructions are in my account and my phone number is there for them to use. They DID NOT use it on a number of occasions.
Today my package was left in the mail room of 4023 S Lawrence st. Tacoma Washington for apartment 457. The manager just happen to find them and brought them to the office for safe keeping. It is NOT her job to deliver these packages. Why am I paying for Prime?

I have no idea what is going with with this facility but they have been consistently not been delivering my packages and lying by saying that it’s due to weather conditions when all other carriers have been delivering to me or saying they attempted delivery when I work from home and haven’t heard anything! There’s no one to truly talk about this problem with but I am fed up with Amazon. What is the point of having prime when nothing is being delivered?? I am going on 2 weeks without receiving any of my items, won’t be surprised if its longer.

Put the wrong label on my package. I ordered $80 worth of product, waited an extra day for them to give me the wrong package. Opened it up and it had a Lilo and stitch coloring book and note book. I don't blame the driver because he doesn't label the packages and it's peak season. However I'm angry that I have to go back on Amazon.com, print out a F'n label and return this item and wait on the actual product again!!!!! It's not my fault they messed up the order, Or I have to waste my gas and yell at the whole warehouse for F'n up my order. Wake up and drink some coffee and get it together!!! If you don't wanna work at Amazon then F'n QUIT!!!!!!
