It's the BEST place I've EVER worked by far. The management and HR are amazing. The starting pay is above average and if you include the benefit package which starts on day one and your personal and vacation time which also starts at day one almost no one can match it. Plus it's location is convenient to get to from many locations and public transportation drops off right in the parking lot at a covered station.

Never quite understood why people refer to this place as a sweatshop. The benefits kick in on day 1 (decent benefits too), employees are given annually a $110 free pair of Zappos safety shoes of your choice, UPT (Unpaid Time Off), PTO (Paid Time Off) & Vacation Time upon start date to be used at the employees discretion. Amazon offers so many more employee incentives and perks, it truly is a great company to work for. You just can’t be a slacker, this won’t be the place for you. Hard workers only!

Best place to work in my opinion. Amazon always taking care of their employees. Best decision I made was to come over here and start my career 5 years ago.
