They posted on my order status that they had attempted delivery and the business was closed. Several problems with that. It isn't a business, it is my residence. I was home the entire day with a clear view of the front of the home. No delivery was ever attempted. So my prime delivery took 4 days instead of 1. Another order still hasn't come. They obviously are not doing their job and are lying on the Amazon order status online. Unfortunately, I attempted to convey this to Amazon but got only stock answers in response. If this keeps up, I will cancel my Amazon account.

This facility in Miami Gardens must be overhauled, it is unacceptable how many packages they cant deliver due to the incompetence of the drivers for not knowing how to access a building or at least call the customer to ask how to get in, That is what delivery instructions are for, & they have not checked those instructions on 4 of my last 5 deliveries that unfortunately came threw this facility . This is what they say..... "We couldn't enter your building to deliver your package but we will try again. Please add instructions to help us enter." As I said they don't even look at the delivery instructions that are not only in my Amazon account but added to each order to be sure the drivers can get in ! Instead they just mark the package as cant gain access & send it back..

Come on guys you can do better than this. This place needs many improvements. Too many people in this location causes this Amazon location to be overwhelmed.

A lot of my packages that come through this facility turn up missing. I used to work in shipping and when packages are turning up missing it's because the employees are stealing. They are either placing labels with their addresses on them or dropping them off at their homes. Amazon needs to audit this facility because this is unacceptable!!
