If I could give a -5 stars. I would. Lived here for over 30 years, and tge drivers can't find my home. Leave packages at random locations and send delivery notification! This has been happening for months, complaints to Amazon is a wadte if time. So much for Amazon Prime delivery.

You are paying your delivery driver's and they aren't following directions. They dump packages wherever they please and then say it was handed directly to the customer. That's a LIE!!! I've complained several times, and I'll continue to get refunds from Amazon until this situation is addressed. I see I'm not the only customer that has complained about this problem.

At least yesterday Amazon put the package in the mailbox even though they’re not suppose to. Today I come home and find the package on the curb after a rainy morning. They even marked the delivery as handed to resident. Grrrrr 😡

High stress, not very well thought out process, and very high demand of the drivers. Impressed for the drivers that take on the daunting task of working for this company, because I simply could not work for them due to the companies lack of concern for their employees! I mean absolutely zero concern or care for their pawns. Actually chess prices are treated better!!
