I live in a cookie cutter neighborhood and the drive was unable to find my front door even tho he delivered to four other houses in here that is identical to mine when what it sounds like happen is he forgot to drop off my package and needed and excuse , amazon makes it hard as possible to resolve issuse other than telling you i know you ordered this item because of overnight delivery but it will be there tomorrow maybe

The warehouse manager that works there in the afternoon I am not sure what his name is but I know it's not Chris (Chris works there in the morning, he's the worst!!!) But the afternoon guy is on point he has blocks already ready set up and ready to go for the amazon flex people. If you have an issue he doesn't turn you away like Chris in the morning does. This afternoon manager is nice and respectful. Chris however can use some people skills. As soon as I find out afternoon guys name ima re do the review
