All of these one star reviews are people complaining about their packages being delivered. The fulfillment center doesn't deliver your packages. The delivery hubs do. As far as being a place to work (because they don't deal directly with the public)- I was offered an exclusive opportunity and couldn't be more thankful. It's a pretty fantastic company to work for, actually.

Completely unfair to new hires. Get denied work for no reason. They just like to assume things that aren't true and then deny people.

The full environmental impact of this facility is likely to become its legacy. The shipment center is not even open and already making the community look worse. While I acknowledge the increase of local jobs, this company has a reputation that needs no introduction when it comes to working conditions. Attached are several photos taken on a walk past the building in early fall 2020.

Just so everyone is aware, this facility is NOT the one that delivers your packages they FULFILL your orders. The delivery station is in East Syracuse . #themore you know.

9 out of 10 deliveries to my address are purposefully delivered to the wrong place as per my delivery instructions. The drivers lie about where the package is left, including stating that they handed the package directly to ME! There needs to be a way to contact management at this facility to correct delivery issues.
