This Amazon is the business to work with. I had a appointment for 9am Sunday. I arrived there 1hour early. I received a Doc 115, and less then 45mins I was unloaded and out of there. Man I don't know if they do it like this all the time. But I tell you. They name don't need to be Amazon, they should be named a different business quick as they work. Because I've been to plenty Amazon and never was I out that fast. Thanks to the fella who unloaded me March 13,2022 at 8:50am at doc 115. Cool Beans to that dude and for that Amazon doing an amazing job.....

It took them 4.5 hrs to unload. Considering the load I was hauling was on pallets, I feel that it took 2.5 hrs longer than it should have.

Amazon strikes again. Same story, only 1 star because you can't give 0. Over 5 hours unloading, when we finally got thru on the number at guard shack, they said trailer was unloaded but the woman at check in never actually wrote down our number to call when empty! Apparently you have to double check THEIR JOB and make sure they write down your number! Another bad experience with Amazon. Shameful.
