I have been here since 11/2021. First group on night shift. A lot of ups and down but this is by far the best place I have ever worked. Not too many employers will promote those who do not have degrees. But I have seen many of my peers get promoted quick with hard work and determination. This is not a place to be if you are lazy. Yes, the work is physically and mentally exhausting at times. But that is part of what I love about it. I sleep well when I go home knowing that I worked hard and gave it my best every day. I am a member of the leadership team on overnights and I must say, I have the best crew there! It is the people that keep me coming back each day.

I have been here for 8 months as a FC associate 1. Ive been thrown all over this building to handle material. This isn’t my first rodeo nor is it the first Amazon building I’ve worked in. I am obviously aware this facility is relatively “new” however this building is lacking to say the least. Leadership is a bit unorganized and many are in dire need of people skill. Most of the management won’t say hi and barely acknowledge you. The building morale is extremely low. Many seem like they’re just in a terrible mood or even possibly upset with you. It’s hard to find that “team feeling” here and this makes the job very difficult and unrewarding. Breaks are 30 mins but do not feel anywhere close. This is from the excessive walking you must do at times in order to eat. It’s often challenging to use the restroom during the day depending on the role you’re doing and or location of building you are in. The workload can be tedious and even depressing. I often find myself pondering if this is how inmates feel? Could explain some of the reasons why I keep seeing so many fresh faces every month. Honestly they seem to be on that J. Cole here. As for me… I’m going with Zeppelin. -Respectively shared by a common vest-less associate.-
