There were enough signs posted to find the correct parking lot and to find the service center. I went there on a weekday at around 3 pm, and there was no wait. Also, the staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful.

It wasn't easy to find, as I saw no signs. It's part of the college book store it seems. The girl there was very friendly and very helpful. Once there, I was in and out.

I swear there is a scammer who works here. Not once, but twice now, an expensive item has not been refunded and I have to call in. The first time it was a $350 Vr headset, the second time a $120 keyboard. What makes it so odd and sketchy is that it’s been the most expensive item which won’t return both times. EDIT: A lot of the 1 star reviews are talking about suspected theft as well. Avoid this location, and Amazon needs to clean up this mess. Like is there someone who works here hustling and stealing the expensive returns, hoping no one notices? Or is the system here just incompetent. Either way this is a terrible location. I’ve never had an issue with any other Amazon return method.
