This is a great place to work especially if you're looking for a flex shift. Although I've only worked here for two days so far, prior to submitting this review I wasn't informed on the job much except for the first day. The second day I showed up nobody was their to guide me and the other new hires that were present so we had to figure things out on our own and I had to figure the A to Z app on my own as well. Also, I don't even have a phone number that I can contact in case of an emergency or anything which is odd to me. I just hope that they improve on things like that soon, other than that the job environment and training was fair and easy.

Do not get a job here they have you pick bags for the drivers and as your doing it the receivers will get in your way in the aisle and the team leaders will get mad and say your going slow and they are very strict on breaks one time I needed to take a shi* and gabe gave me a write up and said I was idling when I was actually in the restroom they also judge you by ratings if you don’t meet a certain rate they do not appreciate your work even if your doing what your supposed to also they do not temperature check for Covid-19 at the door back in January of last month this girl Esmeralda brought Omicron in the building and infected me and several others that’s why alot of people quit and there was new hires also almost everyone who works here does not have any friends they date one another and hangout with each other outside of work this guy named Jesus tried being my friend and got mad I couldn’t do him that favor so there’s a grudge hate going on I just do my job and go home I’m not there to make friends also the snitch levels are high I was reported to HR for making a joke at lunch that’s why I do not speak to 19 year old kids

Attention to the receiving man, he is of medium height and with a beard, I unloaded 10 pallets, the product arrived in good condition and at the right temperature, then when he signed my paper he wrote there that the driver did not unload and that the products did not reach good conditions and at the right temperature, then I went back to him and when I asked him why he wrote these lies he told me to leave them as soon as possible and never come to them again, then he pushed me out the door as if I fell off the steps, he called me very ugly, he behaved aggressively and racist !!!! be careful !!!! Total discrimination
