When the delivery time shows "Delivered by 10pm" and the driver is 3 blocks from my house (I can see him/her on the map provided when they are w/in range) and it hits 9:15 pm, I watch them turn around and hightail it back to the hub while they still have 45 minutes of delivery time. This has happened TWO TIMES NOW!! I'm not a happy buyer do I end up cancelling the order because Amazon CS will not honor the 48 hour Prime shipping window when this has happened. I get an e-mail that states I'll get delivery w/in 2 days AFTER a day is skipped (meaning this falls outside my guaranteed Prime 48 hour shipping. Forget about demanding they contact the local distro hub to get someone to deliver that next/same day to honor the Prime shipping dates. They won't lift a finger. I would like to speak someone directly at the hub to see why this happened and why the drivers won't deliver up til the 10pm hour corp says they have to.

Horrible place to work at. I was injured working at the fulfillment center. I was fired after I was injured. I hurt my wrist with repetitive motion, I working a 12-hour shift 5 days a week. Human resource is horrible. Everyone in that company is replaceable and they do not value your work.

absolutely love regal car sales and credit this is my second purchase with them and I was able to come in and put no money down and walk out with a 2012 Cadillac CTS talk about amazing really love this place and the amazing staff here at regal car sales and credit
