I have been driving for Amazon since they only had one warehouse in Portland. I have picked up from every location for flex drivers, and for a while this was my favorite. I think there was a change in management, because now this place is the worst. They’re all scowling and abrasive, looking over their shoulders, and it’s become a very unfriendly environment. I asked a few of the OG guard there, they look around and say quietly “they’re pressuring us pretty hard…” It’s a shame, but consistently unpleasant and unreasonable my last few visits. Also, traffic can get REALLY bad and they won’t give overrides for even ONE MINUTE outside the pickup window. A sickening betrayal, as far as I’m concerned.

Truck Driver Here. Took about 10mins to answer the door. I need to get my 10hr rest and pickup from this location again in the am. I’m not allowed to stay in the lot even with all that space and not much going on in the building. I’m bobtail I take up maybe 15ft of space. I can park on the street tho… ;-(

Employees are very helpful and they have a well run, organized system. For those reasons, as a flex driver, this is the only location I'll work.

Amazon is awesome! They have it together, and it is great to wish for them. Their employees seem happy! They're system is modern and sufficient.
