Their upper level employees like to rip off local contractors, after contracted work is complete, do NOT work for Amazon employees, ESPECIALLY anyone in their logistics department based in Seattle. Had multiple Amazon clients in massive Mansions try to screw our small family owned business out of money .... Disgusting and unacceptable. I know multiple general contractors who experienced similar issues. Avoid them like the plague.

When an Amazon purchase has led to your Visa debit account being charged 2x (3 days apart) for the same $79 purchase, and the Customer ‘Care’ (now that’s funny) team and her Supervisor, ‘Lydia’ says, “sorry we didn’t take the money twice… call your bank?!?! While most of my purchases yes are ok and NORMALLY things are handled professionally if they’re not, but… NOT this time! I guess it’s time to cancel my auto shipments, and kill the PRIME membership. Anyone in the customer service industry needs to at least be respectful of EVERY customer… not blow them off like Lydia just did to me!! Bye, bye Prime!

I purchased some motorcycle pants on Amazon as part of a Black Friday deal. The description stated true to size; however, when i got them, they run big. I attempted to reach out to CS, and they advised they can refund or exchange for the same size but can't sent out a different size. I expressed concern as I want the pants, but I don't think it's fair that I can just exchange them for the correct size. The agent advised that due to the inconvenience, he will give me a $5 gift card. NO! I want the item I ordered with the right size. The agent advised that there was nothing they could do and transferred me. Another agent advised that there was nothing they could do. I then asked for the executive team. The agent then transferred me back to Customer Service again....I had to start from the beginning. Yet again, the agent advised that there was nothing they could do. After a few hours of dealing with the issue, there is still nothing done. So I gave up and asked for the executive team to call me back. This is an unfair and deceptive business act. So, I will be returning the pants and will be canceling my membership to Amazon Prime and Amazon Music. I've been with Amazon for almost a decade and have spent almost $300 a year on memberships. Not to mention that I spend thousands of dollars with them. Part of my membership is paying for customer service, and customer service was not provided. I was told several times by several agents and team leads that there was nothing they could do. I'm a Customer Engaugment analyst for a call center, and this is by far customer service. Customer service is about what we can do for a customer, not what we can't.

It seems incredible that Amazon being one of the largest and most important companies, it has a support team, for the Flex program, with so much lack of ethics or at least so radical with the program's drivers, the system also seems to be somewhat unsatisfactory. How is it possible that they close the account of a driver and tell him that he committed a violation because the system detected that the facial recognition photo does not match the person's profile? That is to say that without further ado they leave someone without work, without first verifying the identity of the driver, they do not communicate with the person or corroborate the information, they simply close that account even if it was a system error, as if they did not care. Well, it is my case, almost a week after my account was closed, and despite the fact that I write every day appealing and dissatisfied with the unjustified decision, I have not received any positive response. Someone please, if you are willing to really verify what happened, could you resolve this error? Thanks
