DO NOT ORDER LARGE THINGS FROM AMAZON!! If they don't even list a phone number, what can their customers expect? Nothing, which is exactly what I've waited home for 5 different days now with no arrival, no cancelation, then they say they don't see it on their records so I started keeping the messages now they won't their "shipping company" XPO (pretty sure it's just an overseas room with two foreigners sitting in it) no longer answers or returns calls, does "not have supervisors; i am the only person who can help you (barely decipherable)" etc, etc. DO NOT ORDER LARGE THINGS FROM AMAZON!!

I love working at Amazon. My body is another story cause of my age it is hard. But I do what I can as long as I can. It is what it is. Bill's need paid no matter how old we get!
