I brought a brand new Cherry wood Queen size bed just the bed already had a mattress and box spring. I brought it the 2nd week of February left for a week to go to Florida. I came back March 2nd and all I did was move my bed towards the wall and the wood broke. I tried going back but they made it seem like it was my fault saying I wasn't supposed to move the bed. The wood is cheap the use to put the bed together because not only did the side break the wood in the middle broke. Also they don't give you warranties so Im $500 and change out of luck plus I gave the 2 men that put it together $20 each. What a waste of money and time smfh.

My son a ordered a bed frame.they delivered the wrong size and refuse to bring the right one.terrible place.Im going for a refund now.we were lied to

We were very happy with the service and the furniture. The delivery was smooth and efficient. We were able to furnish an entire apartment for a very reasonable price. Thank you very much!

This place right here should shut down emediately the fact that we are in a pandemic and these people are selling furniture at the regular price but selling the used floor model furniture that everyone come to touch and test out the sales person thought he was slick and didn't believe we would come back for something else just to see not only did the bed looked old when it arrived but was no longer in the spot it was originally in then the sales man the second day says oh im sorry I didn't know he was gonna give you the floor model smh then on top of that they write the receipt out for a less price then on the receipt copy they change the amount im guessing so they can steel mo ey from the owner who knows all I am saying is do not shop there they just wanna take your money and surprise you when they arrive you have no guarantee the condition of the merchandise until it arrives at your home you all should be ashamed of yourself thats highway robbery smh

Terrible service, irresponsibility to the maximum, each merchandise they deliver arrives broken, and at the time of claim they ignore what is claimed, in my case I bought a dining room and two beds, and the dining room was delivered to me broken as well as one Of the beds, when you call they only make you relax and do not solve, very bad service I do not recommend it to anyone.
