It's all about perspective and what you get to do or who you work with here. It can be pretty chaotic and even the procedure seems to be done differently depending on who's leading/teaching. The place has gotten better from the opening days but it's still adjusting to the best way to operate. If you want to work here, you should arrive without expectations. Get to know the place and the people first.

I had no opportunity for growth at my previous site. I came to this site on an away team to assist the launch and was offered a role I couldn't refuse. Thank you SCK4 for deciding on me! I'm very proud of how far the building has develop since Day 1. My life has gotten so much better... with all the benefits and support. Thank you Amazon !

This place is great I love my job the managers are great everyone is friendly the work here is easy and the pay an benefits are great. Since this department just opened it is unorganized so far but hopefully it will get better with time. Sometimes there’s no work for some of us so they send you to work where there is work or sometimes you get left standing around but this is only because the whole warehouse is still under construction!! So some of the machines malfunction or stop running for fixing!

Adding to previous post as you can see not all employees are happy working at this location. I am glad I no longer work at Amazon because this location is such a mess. Employees quitting, managers not seen, learning department a joke. Like I said in the previous post the two ladies I overheard still teaching. Linda and Christina. Big mistake working here. Until changes are made this location will keep functioning like this.
