I went there for the first time today. I was impressed with how easy everything was. I have no idea how the computer knew that I picked two heads of garlic. Everything in my order was exact. Checking out was only a matter of waving my phone over the exit gate.

Amazon Fresh is a great store. Not your average grocery store......prices are great compared to most and for quality and freshness it really can't be beat. The prepared foods at the carvery are absolutely delicious! Where can you get a DELICIOUS FRESH and JUICY rotisserie chicken for 5 bucks? NOWHERE but Amazon Fresh. An 8 piece fried chicken for $8.99? An extra large pizza for the same price. Amazon Fresh can't be beat!

Interesting, kinda different. Wide aisles, good food presentation.Nice food quality, but lots of empty shelves, (Likely not their fault.) Checkout? We'll have to see. I opted for the checkout free method. It ties into your Amazon account. You scan into the store. You load your bags with groceries, You scan out of the store, (scan your coupons first.) So it took 3 hours for me to get my receipt, (Lost a star). When I did get my receipt, it was correct. Overall, I liked it. Went again, on 4_28_22. Shelves were thin in dairy, and lots of empty spaces, kinda everywhere. Fresh produce was well stocked. Otherwise, checkout is amazing. I love the skipping of lines normally associated with checking out. The post shopping process of receiving the bill later went very smooth, and took only about 30 minutes. The invoicing was 100% accurate.

Do not shop here. Horrible experience. I was sent a $10 coupon. Person at exit scanned and said it would be on my receipt. 2 hours later I get the receipt emailed to me and the $10 was deducted. I had to spend 20 minutes on the phone with customer service. It defeats the whole purpose of going there. I will never shop there again. Don't waste your time.

Very nice and clean. The products are nicely stocked up. Prices are very reasonable. The staff is super nice.
