I used to work there.Some of the managers are nice and polite .There are few who just don't care about the people who work there. They just hurry them saying faster,faster most of the time. Another thing is ,they have shelves that stock items to the H level which needs a ladder to climb up. Very narrow place between shelves where carts are pushed and associates stand on the ladder to take items from the H shelf. We have to wait till they get down.The managers say faster most of the time,not knowing the difficulty of the picker.Many are not tall enough and the ladder is heavy. I fell down twice from the ladder and the manager on that day didn't care at all.He demonstrated me how to use the ladder and didn't bother about the pain I was going through. He said ok go and be fast to pick and pack soon.Dont waste.time.After this incident I never chose USF 1 to work.With due respects Amazon has to give classes to the managers to be a little more considerate to the less fortunate who have to work to make a living.

This place throws away so much good food or s ridiculous

This place throws away so much food! I couldn't believe it. Upon noticing the traffic at this place during the evening hours I decided to take a look around the other night, and I discovered a lady whom worked there throwing away onions. So I walked over to her and saw three dumpsters full of everything you can think of from vegi's to meat to milk and whipped cream and bread. I pulled so much out of the dumpster I couldn't even use everything and we even gave some away. If you know of families in need, I think the food banks need to get a hold of this place and secure an account to access this place before the food is thrown away. Please consider this amazon. I'd love to see that food go to families or the homeless in need. Fyi they do amazon prime here. Groceries delivered? Yes.
