Amazon is terrible at delivieries!!!! At my office building, where there are other businesses, we find the driver will leave all of our packages for the various businesses in the unattended lobby where anyone can come in and steal the packages. Also, I had deliveries scheduled to be delivered to my home today. They claim they can not make it to the front door. If they had 4 wheel or all wheel drive, they could. Now try to contact them regarding the packages!! NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM!!!

Just observed an Amazon driver who was driving through my neighborhood with the sliding door on his van wide open. He came in, approached the end of the road and did a 3 point turn, which is when I saw that the door was open. Very unsafe.

They never deliver to my apt. The picture showing delivery is always wrong apt and I can never retrieve my order. Learn to read the instructions for delivery to addresses. Find the numbered building first, then the apt door number
