Horrible service, time sensitive item ordered weeks ago, Amazon app says it's been out for delivery from Conklin fit the past 8 days and now "may be lost." No way to call anyone there, will stop ordering from them if this is his things will be going...

Zero stars! Totally incompetent delivery service! Drivers don't understand how to read addresses & names on mailboxes in rural areas! The moron went by the GPS that wasn't even my place! Tried getting help online chat & got a call from a rep. They want to refund & send again, I said but they'll just deliver to the WRONG house again! >:( Told them UPS never did shoddy service like this. Said they should call driver to turn AROUND and fix this! No way to contact local distribution. Total & complete stupidity!

I agree with other posts I see. They must have mentally handicapped people delivering the packages. It's pretty crazy. I believe they have a place for those people to work putting plastic sporks in their packaging.

Wasn’t going to leave a review but I’ve had not 1, not 2, but 3 issues in the last month with this facility, whether it be time sensitive packages being delayed by days or my packages just getting lost completely. Today, my package said it was delivered and it’s nowhere to be found. Amazon support tells me it’s lost. What’s even worse is that I can’t contact the Conklin facility to resolve the issue and just get the original package I ordered. They have to send replacements which I then have to wait another few days for (and they are also at the risk of being lost again). It’s just really annoying at this point.

Delivery instructions specifically state to leave packages under roof at front door of house. Driver consistently leaves packages in front of garage door, which is not under a roof.
