I only gave one star because I would not be able to talk about the worst delivery by Prime Driver's -Employees- through Amazon. The Prime drivers are actually stealing from the customers that's ordering from Amazon. October 19th I brought sneakers from Amazon, tracked the item that was delivered by the driver. As the driver was walking away,leaving my sneakers in front of my door, there was no wrapping with label or anything, just the box without the sneakers. I called the driver he turned around I picked up the box I told him there's nothing in the box. He replied "let me check my van" after me taking the lid off, showing him an empty box. As an employee wouldn't you know, Amazon DON'T DELIVER PACKAGES WITHOUT AN ADDRESS LABEL AS WELL AS IN A DELIVERY BOX🤔. PERPETRATOR! I complained and that Sunday the same driver brought the package again in the correct manner. Today 12-8-21 as you going to see in the picture the package that came a cell phone case with the glass screen-
Was opened and the tape that seal it was inside the yellow package envelope. This tape I usually pull off the envelope so it can open. Again , I saw by tracking that the driver was one stop away as I waited. So it's not the people outside that's taking merchandise, it's the Prime Drivers employees. I called Amazon became VERY UPSET, 1. I COULDN'T UNDERSTAND the representative, 2 . was told as always " I'm sorry". THIS IS GETTING VIRAL, SOMETHING NEED TO BE DOWN! I'm so upset , because I'm paying $13.77 a month for Prime Time and free delivery. As talking to the representative about stopping my membership and wanting to speak to Prime Driver Supervisor about their staff. He kept on saying it's on recording what I was saying. In reality he didn't understand probably nothing I was saying. Driver picture of leaving yellow envelope, notice no strip on it. My picture is with the strip that was found in envelope with items.

Amazon lost 2 of my packages and don't want to refund my money been waiting for the merchandise for more than 2 weeks. Customer support been so disrespectful as to call me honey, and still no answer about my refund or the merchandise
