One new delivery driver keeps putting packages near the road 100 ft and out of sight of the house. Only driver in 4 years of deliveries here that won’t go to the porch to put packages where they are safe and requested. Ridiculous. Educate this driver.

They keep delivering to my neighbor's house.

Driver blocks door with the package. Can't go out to get package without pushing it off the step. They must have the dumbest drivers.

They keep delivering my neighbor's packages to my house. Totally different addresses and different roads. I guess the delivery driver can't read road signs & house numbers.

I've had 4 orders delivered by Amazon Prime in the last 2 months. 3 of those went to a neighbor's house. I recognized the neighbors house from the photo sent to me after delivery and retrieved the item myself. I notified Amazon of a wrong address drop off each time it happened and have yet to receive a reply. I will no longer order from Amazon if delivery will be from the Lansing hub.
