-10 for ROC. + 10 extra for the people here who actually know what’s going on at their yard. Employees here are great. this is not about DSC3. my complaints are with ROC. i give ROC. a minus 10 !!!! DSC3 is loading out vans. i was waiting for the madness to be over however, the guys that ck drivers in came out to my truck and ran my appt numbers. told me to take my empty on with me. i have to go thru the ROC team before i can do anything. soooo, here i sit waiting on my departure time burning my 14 when it’s not necessary. common sense is not common in that department.

Said my package would be delivered at 10pm, it said it was out for delivery till 2am and then just said it would be delivered tomorrow. I followed the trucks GPS and it was literally in my neighborhood up till this. I go to bed at 8pm and wake every morning at 4am, I stayed up cause I didn't want it to get taken in the night, I live on a busy road. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.

Great place to work. Excellent benefits, fair pay, pick your schedule, day 1 benefits, PTO, Vacation time, and VTO available to full time employees. All the managers are always very kind to me and do their best to help you out and listen to what you have to say. Lots of positivity here. Cancel your gym membership, bc you get a free workout every shift for 10hrs 4 days a week.

Nobody knows nothing. They're rude. Nice place to work tho. You can't file a compliant because supervisors are owners you complain to them..but they are the problem. Turn over rate is high because of the rudeness...If you get a good supervisor you'd be there long time...if not, good luck. And they also change your time when you got too many..then act like you didn't. Clock in..they slick...but it pays well.
