WARNING TRUCKERS: ONLY DROPPED TRAILERS, NO LIVE UNLOADS. We booked this as a live unload through Knight. Arrived last night before 1930 appt and was informed there were 22 trailers ahead of mine before they’ll unload, FCFS even with drivers waiting for their trailer to be unloaded. I checked-in this morning for status and was told by gate flunkie that it’d probably be another day. THIS IS A RETURN CENTER, THEY ARE IN NO RUSH. UPDATE: At 1800 (24 hrs after being dropped) and they still haven’t put my trailer in a door to get unloaded. Seriously, I have lost over $2,400 for the two loads I’ve had to give up because of this fiasco. As for Knight, they quoted live unload, but then let it slip that they’ve had to pay detention at this location and that I’ll get paid too. THEN WHY DO THEY SAY LIVE UNLOAD ***KNOWING*** IT’S A TWO-DAY DROP UNLOAD? We all know the answer.
