no one ever answers the phone i've watched a driver pass my house 2 days in a row without delivering my package which was scheduled to be delivered 2 days ago. they keep pushing it back. lazy

Reporting a delivery driver. Amazon vehicle with Virginia vehicle plates (UGZ-5000). Parked in and completely blocked the bike travel lanes on West Franklin Street (500 block), delivered to 2 locations, and caused 2 bicyclists to veer into dangerous traffic. Happened at 1:30, and the driver had a very clear designated parking spot away from the bike lanes, but intentionally blocked the lanes anyway. Very unfair to those trying to be safe, while having to deal with intentional negligence. UPS, and Fed Ex, all adhere to the proper parking spots. Please deal with the driver about respecting the safety of others. He really made Amazon look bad with that move. See the accompanying picture as well.
