I needed to pick up 59 items total and there were 24 cases of water and soft drinks. The cart was too heavy it was not even moved, I needed to ask 2 men for help. The African- American woman at the station was super rude, she did not help me at all and told me to leave quicker. The unloading took me 25m to put everything in my car. My route was at Glendale and It took me 45m to drive home. This is bs!

Quick and easy place to return an item that needed to go back to Amazon, was a little busy because drivers were there picking up items for deliveries, but I honestly was easy to find and parking was available.

I just this place as my Amazon return hub is very convenient and location is close to me. I'm in and out within 3 to 5 minutes. But there are a bunch of delivery drivers going in and out constantly so make sure your aware when you pull in.

I really wanted to take it to Kohl's but had to go there. There was a really nice driver who offered to carry my return in for me. He walked me to where I was supposed to go. I there was just being courteous and it wasn't his job. Wish I caught his name but kudos to him. In my humble opinion the managers should not get the best spaces or they should just mark them reserved. Kinda sparky plus you made an old lady carrying a heavy box walk further. Unless you are the one who hired that very nice guy who helped me. Then you get a pass.
