Update: YMMV. I revisited this facility 2wks weeks later on 3/12/22. Arrived early, docked immediately, in/out in less than an hour. Everyone was very courteous/professional. First visit 1star, this visit 5star = 3star Original: I arrived at 1930 with no other trucks waiting. Appointment was for 2100. The guard advised they could not let me in more than 15mins early for my appointment to unload but I can wait at the curb. It is very slow and only two trucks enter the facility while I am waiting. At 2045 I return to the gate and am advised they do not yet have a dock for me to unload at(I can see several empty slots). 2105 they have a dock for me. It is now after 0900 the next morning and my half full trailer of palletized toilet paper has still not been unloaded. I have been polite through the process and received equally polite/courteous treatment, however..... Another example of the fact that "supply chain" issues have nothing to do with a driver shortage.
