Is there a way to contact whoever is in charge of the Amazon deliveries in Moorhead? The driver is NOT dropping off packages OR taking a photo of delivery. Comments are "Package delivered to safe place." In the last 4 days half of the deliveries had this comment with no packages left. Amazon states they will contact Logistics. Apparently, that is not working as the issue continues.

Do these drivers have GPS?? Third time in a row our packages have been “delivered to the mailroom” or “left with receptionist”. We live in an apartment building with no mailroom or receptionist. AMAZON go back to using UPS or USPS. They actually deliver to the correct address.

Consistently have had packages from this delivery hub be delivered to the wrong address. Im not sure some of the drivers even know what they are doing. Not a fan...

I'm not happy. I was waiting for delivery, I had very clear easy instructions. On the tracker it had shown they dropped off said package and I immediately went out to go get it, but there was no package anywhere.

I've had 2 packages from the West Fargo hub delivered to the wrong address within a 10 day period . No way of tracking and the message always says delivered to a safe place. Unfortunately I don't know where that safe place is.
