Constantly misses delivery dates claims no access due to gate or door with code. I live in the country with no gate and not in a building that would require a code. The drivers routinely do not deliver packages when the amazon app clearly shows them in the area before my house and then the tracking stops when they are 5 min from my house and either says no access or the driver heads back to fresno with no reason given. Horrible customer service when you ask to be called back or be connected with them you get the run around and no calls back. Spent an hour on phone with amazon customer service to be told they cannot contact the drivers and cannot connect to amazon logistics (their delivery service). The drivers are given instructions to call before deliver and if they cannot deliver and you get no calls.
