Care Initiatives is now hiring an Executive Recruiter
to join our Talent Acquisition Team!





We are looking for an outgoing, results oriented
professional with a passion for recruiting. The Executive Recruiter will effectively
recruit for clinical leadership positions. Assist with job market, forecast
employment needs, develop a recruitment plan to support hiring activity and
ensure adherence to staffing objectives. Identify skills and competencies
required to support current/future business activities and utilize recruitment
media to attract qualified candidates. This will be a remote role with
occasional travel into the office based on business needs.





Key Responsibilities:



  • Creates talent pipelines, actively sources and recruits,
    interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified applicants for clinical
    leadership openings to include but not limited to health care administrators,
    administrators in training (AIT), directors of nursing (DON) and other key
    leadership roles as assigned.


  • Collaborates with departmental managers to
    understand skills and competencies required for openings.


  • Evaluate resumes and interview candidates to
    ensure that their skills/abilities meet the requirements for open positions.


  • Refer qualified candidates for additional
    interviews and ensure that interviews are conducted as appropriate.


  • Prepare and post attractive job descriptions to
    online job boards or circulate them via other channels, such as email or social
    media.


  • Analyze existing talent acquisition procedures
    and develop new, more efficient methods of finding great candidates and
    enhancing pipelines for future openings.


  • Create and maintain talent pools.


  • Complete reference and background checks.


  • Network with industry professionals and keep
    abreast of developments in talent acquisition.


  • Maintains and document applicant status in the
    applicant tracking system


  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices,
    regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management,
    and employment law.


  • Assist with the field recruitment team on an as
    needed basis for open positions throughout the organization.




Requirements:



  • Two to four years full-cycle recruiting
    experience in a metric-driven environment with proven success direct sourcing
    and hiring talent for leadership roles.


  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
    (ATS)


  • Experience recruiting in the healthcare industry
    – highly preferred
