Job Description: The Reverse Logistics Intern position is a fully remote internship that will get you hands-on experience learning about reverse logistics through multiple different roles. You will work directly with our staff to focus on analyzing functions for improvement. Some focus areas could include training guides, report development, sales improvement, process efficiency, or data management. The candidate should be able to notice areas of improvement that will save the company money and labor hours or improve the overall user and customer experience. This position requires the intern to alternate between different areas of our team and maintain relationships with our internal contacts. The internship will conclude with a final presentation of your findings and experiences. Evaluation will be assessed on time savings, cost reductions, employee/customer satisfaction/experience, and creativity of the optimization. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day tasks.Access to a home router and modem.A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free.
