Senior Medical Writer- Medical Affairs- GA, NJ, Remote

Summary:

This agency is currently undergoing an exciting time of some major growth within their medical teams, and they are looking to bring on an experienced Senior Medical Writer. This person would be working with their highly collaborative Medical Affairs/Commercial Med Ed team. If you are looking for an opportunity to work within some high science disease states across the medical communications space, then this may be the perfect fit!

Job Description:

• Create high quality scientific content and support all materials with accurate and up to date medical/market information.
• Be able to successfully work cross functionally with all scientific internal teams as well as account management and creative- to ensure uniform output and that client objectives are satisfied.
• Act as a client partner and relay any client expectations across internal teams.
• Provide medical knowledge to be relayed during client meetings and pitches.
• Develop client relationships and be able to offer knowledge and solutions to any potential project roadblocks to see that challenges are overcome, and projects are successful and efficient.

Skills Required:

• Higher science degree PhD, MD, PharmD
• 2+ years' experience required in medical communications agency.
• Excellent communication, and client management skills-written and verbal.
• Experience working within high science therapeutic areas is preferred.
