This individual will lead the overall functional and strategic coordination of the Enterprise sales team. The right person for this role is highly strategic and results-oriented with proven success in building and leading a team and executing sales processes. You are a leader that is both a mentor and a coach who will roll up their sleeves to achieve success with the team.


Job Duties:



  • Work directly with Revenue Operations team and necessary stakeholders to define operational metrics and reporting to effectively measure key metrics.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Inside Sales, and Customer Success to create sufficient qualified leads and track progress to ensure quarterly objectives are met.

  • Focus on daily execution with team, quickly identifying areas of opportunity and challenges.

  • Ensure constant alignment between Sales and Marketing as it relates to client facing collateral and supporting current strategy/initiatives.

  • Attend and lead all live events to represent Enterprise including trade shows, Spear Live event, Summit, etc.

  • Partner with Customer Success to move pilots into steady state and deepen client relationships.


Qualifications



  • 7+ years of Sales leadership experience

  • 5+ years of transactional experience in Sales

  • Proven ability to effectively handle multiple priorities with exceptional organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills
