An experienced Engineer with the ability to lead technology on large projects spanning multiple teams.
- Able to own assembling architectural plans and artifacts for projects the org is taking on - a driver of system architecture outside of the team scope.
- Understands and incorporates our key technology frameworks used company-wide, occasionally a contributor to the core engineering solutions.
- Proactively looking to get ahead of what will come next, for the team and for the org on the technical roadmap.
- Executes on large projects for the org and breaks work down for themselves and others. Able to integrate the work within org, identifying edge cases and exception states.
- 8+ years of Engineering experience and experience mentoring junior to mid-level engineers.
- Experience with the following technologies (some more most): React, Redux, JavaScript, typescript, front end engineering
- Is recognized as an expert within a specific area of expertise with typically 10 or more years’ experience within the field.
- Has initiated and completed projects with minimal guidance from others, and brings thorough knowledge of all procedures, transactions, and practices in one process.
- Quickly grasps complex issues and can effectively integrate, compile, and analyze complex information and data.
