Job DescriptionContinuous quality improvement is more than a buzzword - it's how we meet customer needs and control costs. Through Quality and Risk Management, we put industry-leading practices and principles to work in support of our quality objectives and protect our company assets.We are excited to announce this new position in our Senior Supplemental Insurance organization. The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing tools, documenting processes, and implementing audits of our Outsourced Operations.You will be responsible for conducting complex quality management, procedural documentation, and/or special analysis audits and projects. You will also collaborate and execute contractually required audits involving financial penalty and conducts high level risk assessments of all outsourced operations. We will depend on you to utilize quality assurance methodologies to review different aspects of the organization. Some components of this role include but are not limited to: -Developing and maintaining database for Outsourced Operations and collaborates with Vendor Relationship Owners on timely payments, contract renewals, amendment procurement. -Developing, implementing, and overseeing required audits in collaboration with Vendor Relationship Owners. -Identifying risk exposure and recommending solutions to minimize future financial and operational risk exposure. -Developing and designing data collection capability (e.g., customer surveys, focus groups, system reports) and develops appropriate measures. -Analyzing complex data for trends, highlighting in-depth interpretations and providing in-depth root cause analysis. -May consult as a business liaison in new contract development as well as renewals, and enterprise RFP exercises.-Completing Quality Improvement studies as they relate to trends identified via audits.
