them with proven design and operational strategies to help improve our customers’ operations. Our talented group of industry experts combine the powers of scalable material handling systems, innovative software and custom automation engineering for complete, unique solutions that help companies, across a broad spectrum of industry segments, become leaders in their industries. We are equipment agnostic, and our solutions incorporate leading technologies such as mobile robots, automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS), automated guided vehicles (AGV), goods-to-person technology, sortation, and conveyor. KPI currently has approximately 200 FTEs and $150m revenue with growth expected to double in size (at a minimum) through organic and acquisitive activities

The Recruiter is responsible for high quality sourcing of potential candidates for assigned positions/requisitions. The incumbent works with the recruiting team to complete timely and targeted identification of great talent for positions and continuously improve our candidate funnels for recurring positions and those that are harder to fill.

  • Generate qualified candidate leads using internet sourcing strategies to include job boards, niche sites, association sites, networking and other resources.
  • Effectively screen and build relationships/maintain communication with potential candidates.
  • Proactively build ongoing talent pipelines for key positions - current and future needs.
  • Timely and accurate maintenance of requisition information, job postings, candidate information, etc. into application tracking system.
  • Generate recruitment metric reports both manual and using applicant tracking system
  • Coordinate/schedule interviews and candidate travel as needed.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Human Resources, or similar field.
  • Experience with online and offline recruiting techniques.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing and digital networking.
  • Excellent attention to detail, very strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects in a very fast paced environment.
  • Excellent communication both oral and written communication and demonstrated skill to work with all levels of employees.
  • Previous experience as a technical sourcer or recruiter.
