Wendel is currently seeking a Lead Mechanical Engineer to work out of one of our Central NY offices, ideally Albany, NY. Wendel has an established a presence in NYS and we are seeking an experienced and hardworking Mechanical Engineer to lead, organize, manage and execute Mechanical Engineering work within our current project portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Business development, portfolio management, engineering production and client relations.
Qualifications:
Air handling and distribution, ventilation/exhaust, hydronic, HVAC, building controls, piping and plumbing systems experience.
The ideal candidate will have a BS degree along with a minimum of 5 years of mechanical engineering experience.
PE license is highly desired but not required.
