Regulatory Coordinator III

OVERVIEW

We're looking for someone to fill a Key contract role for a reputable company that has been in business for now over 150 years, and is still ever expanding. The Candidate will review internal and external products and raw materials to evaluate and maintain chemical compliance in this entry-level scientific, non-laboratory position. We are looking for a team player who is self-motivated, able to maintain high quality while handling repetitive tasks, and manage multiple projects for different stakeholders.

Location: On site /Minneapolis, MN

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work as part of team that provides support to all business units
• Review outside vendor SDS, regulatory documentation, and supplier communications to assess compliance
• Communicate with raw material suppliers to gather SDSs and other compliance documentation
• Use various in-house computer systems to review and update compliance information
• Assist with other overflow regulatory compliance projects as requested

• $22-$28 an hour *Depending upon relative experience*

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related science
• 1-5 Years Experience
• Familiarity with chemical regulations preferred
• Working knowledge of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) preferred
• Experience with chemical databases preferred
• Possess problem solving skills and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Must be able to handle repetitive tasks involving large amounts of data
• Must have proficiency with Microsoft Office Products, including Excel
• Must be comfortable learning new and varied computer systems
