Top Notch company that is a leader in their industry and has been in business for over 50-years has an exciting opportunity available for a Manufacturing Manager.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provides leadership to team of 20-25 and ensures that objectives for projects are met in terms of scope, time, and quality.
- Addresses technical, regulatory, business and operational needs.
- Executes planning and scheduling for manufacturing floor.
- Coordinates efforts with team members to assure completion of component processes in a manner that meets business and customer requirements.
- Follow and maintain manufacturing processes and manufacturing standards with team.
- Strong project management skills, including end-to-end planning, project launch, tracking, project communications, and team building.
- Train and develop cross-functional teams, matrix management, of multi-functional teams.
- Ensure that manufacturing floor are in compliance with company safety programs.
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment with individual accountability.
- Develop protocols and procedures for set up and operation for CNC operators.
- End-of-project design validation protocols and execution of in process and final inspections.
- Corrective actions for any near misses or misses.
REQUIREMENTS
- BS Engineering ideal candidate will have a degree in Business, Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering.
- Ten plus (at minimum) experience as a CNC Operator and Project Manager in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience as a multi-functional Team Lead.
- Strong communication skills including presentation and platform.
- Must have substantial fast paced work environment exposure.
- PMP is preferred.
- Work from office: 6:30am to 3:30pm (daily).
