Title: Customer Service Inbound ( Bilingual - Spanish)
Location: Laurel, MD
Type: 1 year Contract
Shift: 1st shift (40 hrs./wk.)
Pay rate: $19/hr.
Biogensys is hiring a Customer Service Inbound, for one of our clients in Laurel, MD.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with bill payments, inquiries and questions related to their water services.
- Review and analyze complex residential and commercial property accounts.
- Explain or educate customers about their bill, financial assistance programs, conservation, water and sewer tips, etc.
- Assist customers with scheduling appointments for meter readings, inspections, turn-on/turn-off of water services, etc.
- Document customer interactions and update/modify customer accounts when needed.
Experience Required
- 1 years experience working in a high-volume call/contact center.
Skills Required:
- Bilingual - Spanish
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette, must be personable, polite and friendly, even with hostile or irate customers.
- Analysis and problem solving skills
Education Required:
- High School diploma

Pay: Up to $19.00 per hour
