Plastics Recruiter - Fully Remote after Training
We are actively interviewing for a Candidate Recruiter to target potential candidates in the plastics industry, increase company awareness and act as a catalyst to optimize the effectiveness of our team. Located in New Albany, IN, we specialize in direct placement for sales, engineering, R&D, HR, and manufacturing roles for thermoplastic suppliers and processors across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.

We have a structured training program conducted by the #1 recruiting training organizations in our industry. You will work directly with the senior leadership of TRG; we will give you the tools to succeed, and provide a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in recruiting or with an aptitude for sales who’d like to get into the world of recruiting staffing, and executive search.
Day in the Life
- Create job descriptions for the client’s position to understand the required skills
- Research and develop candidate search plans
- Source and contact potential candidates utilizing the tools & technology provided
- Connect with and present opportunities to potential candidates
- Oversee the entire search process with candidates and clients from start to finish
Qualifications and Skills
- 2 – 10 years of recruiting or sales experience
- Entrepreneurial/self-motivated/go-getting approach to work while having fun
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage high volume
- Tech Savvy Must be a quick learner and nimble with multiple forms of technology
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail
- Experience or knowledge in the plastics industry is a plus but NOT required
