Senior Civil Engineer

Osborn Engineering is actively seeking a Senior Project Manager in our Cleveland, OH office location who will report to the Manager of Civil Engineering and is able to manage engineering design projects and engineering tasks. This position can lead to additional opportunities for growth in project management, business development, and leadership for candidates who demonstrate exceptional organizational, technical, and communication skills.

Our civil engineering practice includes design projects in diverse markets including site development, redevelopment, public utilities, water resources, sports facilities, broadcast infrastructure, master planning and pavement management.

Position Responsibilities:

• 
  Oversee design teams and project delivery
• 
  Develop client and service partner relationships
• 
  Support and implement Corporate, Regional and Practice business strategies
  
• Coordinate with other design disciplines, e.g., architects and engineers
• 
  Lead proposal preparation and presentations
• 
  Lead the development of scope, budget, and schedule for new projects and tasks
• 
  Manage project delivery, invoicing, and financial performance
• 
  Maintain excellent client relations

Job Requirements/Qualifications

• 
  Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or related field, from an EAC/ABET accredited program
• 
  15 or more years of design or construction experience in civil works or site development
• 
  Ohio Registered Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain within 12 months of employment
• 
  Excellent technical writing, organizational, and communications skills
• 
  Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, etc., proficient level
• 
  Deltek, or other project management and accounting software, all levels
• 
  Strong Written & Verbal Communications Skills
• 
  Strong Time Management Skills
