Blue Sky Therapy is looking for a Part-Time Speech Language Pathologist in the Toledo area. Blue Sky Therapy is a key provider of therapy services in a post-acute continuum of care to include Skilled Nursing Facilities, Home Health, In-Home Part B, and Outpatient.
Position Overview: Blue Sky Therapy is looking for a Speech Language Pathologist who is passionate about their profession, eager to work and is a team player! The SLP is responsible for assessing and treating persons with speech, language, voice, swallowing and fluency disorders by evaluating hearing and speech/language test results and medical or background information to diagnose and plan treatment for speech, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing disorders.
Requirements:
Must have a current Speech Language Pathologist License in the state of Ohio
