As a member of the Talent Acquisition (TA) Center of Excellence, the Director, Talent Acquisition Operations will play a key role in the attraction and hiring of top talent for Hub International. Through innovative and creative approaches, the Director, TA Operations, will establish and deliver processes, programs, and technology that enable Hub International to compete and win in an increasingly competitive talent market. This person will play a critical role in the continuous improvement of the end-to-end recruitment process, drive critical TA business insights and analytics, manage key vendor relationships, drive TA capability building, and help measure and deliver ROI and effectiveness of various TA investments. This role will collaborate very closely with a variety of key stakeholders at all levels in the US and Canada, including members of the TA community, HR and business leaders. This position reports to the AVP, Talent Acquisition & Executive Talent and may be located anywhere in the United States or Canada.
Responsibilities
Build and deliver full-cycle recruiting practices to ensure the attraction, evaluation and hiring of highly qualified and diverse talent
Lead the functional ownership of recruiting within Workday, our ATS. Ensure our ATS is configured and used to drive an optimal candidate and recruiter experience. Develop relevant documentation of the recruiting business process. Partner with recruiters and HR Leads to understand and address technology and process pain-points and drive solutions to optimize
Enhance and develop new tools and solutions to drive automation within the recruiting process
Build the foundation for a data-driven TA organization by developing and reporting critical KPIs, metrics, reporting and data analytics to track progress, drive decisions and determine success. Deliver regular data and analysis to all key stakeholders
Assess recruiting channels and recommend improvements to elevate performance
Evaluate potential third-party recruiting partners, guide decision-making, manage vendors and evaluate/track vendor effectiveness
Identify recruiter training opportunities on tools and processes to ensure their success
Keep up to date with the latest trends in recruiting tools and practices, the competitive landscape, market drivers, constantly educating and sharing this knowledge with others
Establish, deliver, and negotiate TA Ops agenda in concert with TA leadership and corporate objectives, partnering well with other HR teams, Consultants, and HRIS
Maintain compliance with OFCCP regulations, supporting adjustments in process and practices as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
A minimum of 8 years of experience in recruiting and/or recruiting operations, with at least 5 years in recruiting operations
Deep understanding of recruiting systems and platforms (i.e., ATS, CRM) and how best to achieve full optimization and adoption
Experience implementing systems and processes to support smooth and efficient day-to-day recruiting operations, and making data driven strategic recommendations
Analytical experience developing and refining recruiting-related reporting, and analytics
Strong project management skills
Strong collaborator, with an ability to work in a matrixed environment
